FAQ
Questions vendors ask
Does the lot scanner decide what I should pay?
No. On-device scanning is a fast first pass that identifies supported cards. You review each match, choose your margin, and decide whether to make or accept an offer before anything moves into stock.
What does the per-deal margin show?
It keeps your recorded cost, offer, and expected sale value together so you can see the margin for that deal as you adjust the numbers. It is a decision aid, not a guarantee of a sale price.
Can customers pay from a digital offer?
You can share a digital offer for a customer to review and present a payment QR for checkout. Confirm the payment in your register; TCGPal does not imply that a QR scan alone confirms funds.
What are show closeouts and expenses for?
Record the sales and expenses tied to a show, then review the closeout summary and remaining stock snapshot. The numbers help you inspect the event; they are not a promise of automatic reconciliation.
