Account Deletion
Request Account Deletion
To delete your TCGPal account and associated data, email hi@tcgpal.app from the email address used for your TCGPal account with the subject line "Delete my TCGPal account".
What To Include
Include the email address connected to your account and, if available, your TCGPal profile handle. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
Data Deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes account profile data, collection entries, wishlist entries, inventory batches, posts, comments, follows, notification preferences, uploaded card images, and saved grading or scan records associated with your account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements.
Partial Data Deletion
You can also request deletion of specific account data without deleting your full account by emailing the same address and describing the data you want removed.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after account ownership is verified. Some information may remain in backups or security logs for a limited period where necessary to operate, secure, or comply with legal obligations for the service.
